  • Patent number: 7503123
Abstract: A surveying apparatus is provided that includes a sighting telescope, an imaging device, and an external orientation parameter calculator. The sighting telescope is rotatable about a horizontal axis and a vertical axis. The imaging device is integrally rotated with the sighting telescope and the imaging device has an optical axis that is different from the collimation axis. The external orientation parameter calculator calculates external orientation parameters of stereo images that are obtained by the imaging device in an erecting observation and in an inverse observation in terms of the position of the optical axis with respect to the collimation axis, and the sighting directions in the erection observation and in the inverse observation.

  • Publication number: 20080123903
Abstract: A surveying apparatus is provided having a telescope, a digital camera, a measuring device, and a calculating device. The telescope collimates an aiming point on a surveying object. The digital camera has an imaging optical system provided separately from the telescopic optical system of the telescope. The measuring device measures the distance between the telescope and a surveying point to be surveyed. The calculating device calculates the location of the aiming point in an image which is captured by the digital camera.

  • Publication number: 20080069406
Abstract: A surveying apparatus is provided that includes a digital camera, an area-size presetter, a distance detector, an extracted-area calculator, and a trimming processor. The area-size presetter is used to preset the actual size of an extracted area to be imaged around a measurement point. The distance detector measures a distance to the measurement point. The extracted-area calculator determines the extracted area within an image captured by the digital camera. The extracted area is determined based on the distance and the preset size of the extracted area. The trimming processor extracts a trimming image including the extracted area from the captured image.

  • Publication number: 20080018880
Abstract: A surveying apparatus is provided having a telescope, a digital camera, a display device, a measuring device, and a superimposing device. The telescope collimates the aiming point on a surveying object. The digital camera has an imaging optical system provided independently from the telescopic optical system of the telescope. The display device displays an image captured by the digital camera. The measuring device measures the distance between the telescope and a surveying point to be surveyed. The superimposing device displays a shot mark which roughly indicates the location of the surveying point in the image on the display device.

  • Publication number: 20060233457
Abstract: A data correcting apparatus is for correcting drawing data representing a drawing pattern included in a quadrangular drawing area of a drawing subject. The correction process is based on an ideal position and an actual position of the drawing area on the drawing subject. An actual outline is an outline of the drawing area in the actual position, and an ideal outline is an outline of the drawing area in the ideal position. The data correcting apparatus includes a first data corrector that corrects the drawing data to be first corrected drawing data. A first corrected outline is an outline of the drawing area represented by the first corrected drawing data, and is a parallelogram which has two neighboring sides that are the same as the sides of the actual outline. Further, the parallelogram has a shape closer to that of the ideal outline than the actual outline.

  • Publication number: 20060033897
Abstract: An apparatus for forming a pattern has a light-modulating unit, a scanner, a pattern data processor, a light modulating controller, a position-error detector, and a correction value calculator. The pattern data processor generates band-pattern data corresponding to each scanning band on the basis of pattern data matching a preceding pattern that is repeatedly and regularly formed on the photo-sensitive material. The position-error detector detects a position-error of the preceding pattern relative to a pattern area. The correction value calculator calculates an alignment correction value in each pattern area on the basis of the position-error, so as to overlay the pattern on the preceding pattern. The pattern data processor corrects the band-pattern data in accordance with the alignment correction value while classifying each exposure data of the band-pattern data into a corresponding pattern area.

  • Publication number: 20050065623
Abstract: In a data processing method, all information on a figure to be drawn, as vector-graphic data representing said figure, is transmitted to a drawing apparatus. The vector-graphic data is processed to form an image, as raster-graphic data representing the figure, and the run length data is extracted from the image. The run length data is grouped to become grouped run length data, and outline vector-graphic data, that is having a smaller data amount than that of the vector-graphic data, and that is based on an outline of the figure represented by the grouped run length data, is created. In another data processing method, the drawing data is processed in a workstation such as a CAD system, and the resulting outline vector graphic data is transmitted to the drawing apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20050052464
Abstract: In a drawing method, all information on a pattern to be drawn on a drawing surface, represented by first vector-graphic data of a drawing-coordinate-system, is transmitted to an exposure drawing apparatus having a plurality of optical modulation elements. The first vector-graphic data is converted to second vector-graphic data of an exposing-coordinate-system that conforms to the exposure drawing apparatus, and the second vector-graphic data is converted to raster-graphic data of the exposing-coordinate-system. Finally, the drawing surface is multi-exposed for drawing the pattern, based on the raster-graphic data to control the exposure by the optical modulation elements.
