Abstract: The present invention is a bottom assembly for a breakaway door. The bottom assembly comprises a first mounting plate fixed on one of the faces of the breakaway door proximate to its bottom and a security edge formed of a loop of flexible material suspended from the bottom of the breakaway door. The security edge has a second tab sandwiched between the first mounting plate and the breakaway door to mount the security edge to the breakaway door. The loop of flexible material has an interior void at least partially filled with an internal cushion. The bottom assembly further includes a first padded bar including a bumper and a first tab extending from the bumper wherein the first tab is sandwiched between the first mounting plate and the breakaway door to mount the first padded bar to said breakaway door.

Abstract: The present invention is a breakaway door with a padded bottom bar to protect vehicles that collide with said breakaway door. The padded bottom bar is mounted adjacent the bottom of the breakaway door. It includes a padded bottom bar having a bumper, a first tab extending from the bumper, and a mounting plate. The mounting plate is fixed to the bottom of the door with the first tab sandwiched between the plate and the door to mount the bumper to the door. A bottom loop suspends from the bottom of the breakaway door. The bottom loop has a cushion and a second tab sandwiched between the plate and the breakaway door to mount the bottom loop too the breakaway door. The bottom loop provides additional sealing and security to the breakaway door.

Abstract: A roll up flexible door assembly includes a flexible door with guides mounted along the opposed sides. Opposed tracks are mounted at a spaced distance from one another with each of the tracks having inner edges positioned opposite one another. An angled guide liner is mounted to each track and extends longitudinally along at least a portion of the track. The angled guide liner is angled with respect to the inner edge with the angle increasing from the top to the bottom. The guides are received within the tracks and adapted to engage the angled guide liner as the flexible door is raised and lowered in the tracks. The guides and the angled guide liner tighten the flexible door as the flexible door is lowered.
