    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for embedding digital watermark information into and extracting digital watermark information from a text are disclosed. The method for embedding digital watermark information into a text comprises: creating a menu item of the digital watermark information; and embedding a binary string into a value of a predetermined attribute for the menu item of the digital watermark information, the binary string to be embedded being the digital watermark information to be embedded. According to the present invention, it is able to increase the amount of information to be embedded.

The method comprises: acquiring a customized ary set by a user for generating variable sequence data, and characters included in the customized ary; converting the characters included in the customized ary into a character array; acquiring relevant parameters of the variable sequence data set by the user; pre-processing the relevant parameters; and generating the variable sequence data according to the character array and the pre-processed relevant parameters. According to the present invention, it is able for a user to automatically generate the desired variable sequence data.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for processing a fixed layout file. The apparatus for processing the fixed layout file comprises: an XML file generating module configured to generate an XML file. The XML file includes parameters of a dynamic interactive object; and a data setting module configured to set an action for opening the XML file in a description of the fixed layout file, to display effects and behaviors of the dynamic interactive object after the XML file is opened by triggering the action. In some embodiments, the apparatus for processing the fixed layout file further includes a data presenting module which is configured to trigger the action to open the XML file when the fixed layout file is opened by the reader, to obtain the dynamic interactive object so that the effects and behaviors of the dynamic interactive object are presented in the reader.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a recombinant gene which enhances the ability of fish to tolerate low dissolved oxygen (DO) stress and the use thereof. Carp ?-actin gene promoter is used as a promoter and Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene is used as a target gene, so as to construct the recombinant Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene driven by carp ?-actin promoter. The modeling organism zebrafish is used as the research object, and the recombinant gene is microinjected into zygotes of zebrafish. After PCR screening and 156 h low DO stress test, transgenic fish are obtained with a survival rate of 92%, which is significantly different from the survival rate of 65% of the control fish group. The vhb transgenic zebrafish obtain hypoxia tolerance. When the recombinant gene is applied to the economically farmed species, i.e., blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) and common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.), it enhances their hypoxia tolerance as well.
