There is provided a base member 16 having a back wall 18 and top, left and side walls 20, 22 and 24, respectively, to partially form a framed enclosure for the back wall 18. A front wall 26 equipped with a trough assembly 40 extends laterally across the face of the front wall 26 between the left and right side walls 42 and 44, respectively, of the trough assembly. The front wall member is hinged to the base member so that the base member can be rotated three-fourths of a full circle to expose the trough assembly 40 outside the base member to display the card members 12. In the closed position the front wall member 26 is latched to the back wall 18 by means of a latched device 14.
