Abstract: An apparatuses, systems, computer program products, and methods are disclosed for discovering, evaluating and storing data related to marked response area on manually filled paper forms, the method comprising steps of capturing one or more digital image of a data filled physical paper forms or automated generated paper form with filled in data, fixing the perspective of the captured data filled paper form digital image, identifying the form regions in the data filled paper forms' digital image, obtaining the metadata of the captured data filled paper form digital image, fetching relevant form data from one or more databases and servers, and adjusting the response area co-ordinates on the image and process each response on the image to identify if it is marked or not.
