Abstract: A package closure (10) comprising a neck (12), a cap (11) for closing an opening of the neck (12), and a folded portion (21) connecting the neck (12) and the cap (11), wherein the neck (12) has an axis (A) and is formed with a tubular portion (16) and an inward projecting sealing flange (18), wherein the cap (12) is formed with a top portion (13) for covering the opening of the neck, and an axially extending sealing ring (19) to interact with the sealing flange (18) to form a seal between them. The neck (12), the cap (11) and the folded portion (21) are formed in a single integrated piece. The cap (11) is further formed with an axially extending wall (14) arranged radially outside of the tubular portion (16) of the neck (12), wherein the folded portion (21) connects the wall (14) of the cap (11) with the neck (12).
