  • Patent number: 5400869
Abstract: A device for ascending along a rope comprises a pair of ascenders and a leg loop in the form of a pedal cooperating with a cord passing over two pulleys to form a tackle device authorizing a gearing down effect of the effort exerted on the leg loop.
