    Abstract: Described is a compensating device applicable on intermittent advancement packaging machines with wrapping material constituted by a film made of a flexible plastic material, for continuous compensating of a stretching of the film during drawing thereof, the machine comprising a first drawing group of the film, a mobile element able to exert a determined force on the film during advancement, the mobile element being conventionally known as a dancer and a second drawing group of the film arranged downstream of the first drawing group, where each drawing group is provided with a sensor for detecting markers located at regular intervals along the film, the compensating device being constituted by a third drawing group, located between the first and second drawing groups, the third drawing group being provided with a marker sensor, the third drawing group being provided with independent motorisation and an automatic roller opening system.

    Abstract: A changeover device for an intermittent packaging machine with wrapping material constituted by a flexible film for successive welding, forming and work operations of envelopes for containing the packed product, comprises a plurality of mobile stations at adjustable interdistances, designed for performing, in succession, operations of welding, forming and processing of the envelopes (including different envelope formats), each of which is constituted by a substantially vertically-arranged frame, slidably positioned on fixed guide rails. The machine is equipped with a changeover device in which each single station is provided with a brake group able to maintain the single station blocked in a predetermined position along all the work line. Moreover, the adjustment of the interdistance between the stations is accomplished by a motorised shuttle which moves by a linear actuator along the processing line. The shuttle can comprise a sensor, an engaging device, and a brake release device.

    Abstract: A transportation method for the intermittent, forward moving transportation of flexible containers suspended in a packaging line, including the use of movable arms on a same plane, between which a container is secured in opposite areas, one of which is a tractor arm and the other a push arm. Between two consecutive stops, the method includes steps of simultaneously moving the tractor arm and push arm forwards at different velocities, in order to deform the container and move the contents to compensate for the forces of inertia. Also disclosed is a device for putting the method into practice, including a number of guides that determine a closed route, upon which at least a first and second adjacent carrying element slide, which may be operated independently or together, in order to be moved along the length of the guides and work together to jointly secure and transport a corresponding container.
