Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a stomatological composition and a kit each comprising an NSAID such as ibuprofen, a heparin compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the prevention, alleviation, or treatment of inflammations associated with oral cavity diseases and/or pains/infections associated with the inflammations and of inflammatory pain diseases/infections of the pharynx and/or the esophagus, and to a method for producing the composition and a method of use of the composition for the production of a medicament.
