Patent number: 4590424Abstract: A detector of ion concentration in a liquid is composed of a detection cell comprising a tubular piece formed from an electrically insulating material with a central passage which is fed with a liquid whose ion concentration is to be measured. A conducting coil is placed around the tubular piece, and is part of a first resonant circuit. A second reference resonant circuit is also provided, and signals of fixed frequency are applied in parallel to the two resonant circuits, and a comparator delivers a signal having a magnitude representative of the difference between the output signals from the two resonant circuits. Such a detector finds a use for example in liquid chromatography.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 1983Date of Patent: May 20, 1986Assignee: Pharmuka LaboratoiresInventors: Pierre Girot, Egisto Boschetti

Patent number: 4546185Abstract: Process for the preparation of compounds of the formula: ##STR1## in which X is H, Cl, Br, I or OH, in which 3-methylene quinuclidine is reacted with an aluminum hydride, in an appropriate solvent and in the presence of a catalytic quantity of a halide of a transition metal, the molar ratio ##EQU1## being at least equal to 0.6, the product formed is reacted in situ with an ester, and then the product thus formed is reacted in situ with an electrophilic reactant which is capable of yielding an atom or group X as defined with reference to formula (I). The compounds of formula (I) can be used for the preparation of medicaments.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 1983Date of Patent: October 8, 1985Assignee: Pharmuka LaboratoiresInventors: Jean-Claude Bondiou, Francoise Hodac, Didier Legroux

Patent number: 4535080Abstract: Compounds are disclosed as useful as drugs or as intermediates for the manufacture of drugs, the compounds having the formula: ##STR1## in which X is hydrogen, chlorine, alkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, Y.sub.2 is chlorine and Y.sub.1 is chlorine or ##STR2## in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen, straight or branched chain alkyl having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 7 carbon atoms or cycloalkylalkyl having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, or Y.sub.2 and Y.sub.1 are both OH. Also disclosed are methods for preparation of the compounds.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 1983Date of Patent: August 13, 1985Assignee: Pharmuka LaboratoiresInventors: Francois Audiau, Claude G. A. Gueremy, Gerard R. Le Fur

Patent number: 4499094Abstract: Compounds with the formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represent independently, a linear or branched alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenylalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl group. R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may also represent an alkenyl or alkynyl group. R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may also represent a group of the formula --R.sub.3 --Z--R.sub.4 in which R.sub.3 represents an alkylene group, on condition that at least 2 carbon atoms separate the nitrogen atom from the group Z; R.sub.4 represents an alkyl group, and Z an atom of oxygen, sulphur or the group >N--R.sub.5, R.sub.5 representing a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may form, with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, a heterocyclic ring. Ar represents a phenyl, pyridyl or thienyl group, or a substituted phenyl group, A and B representing independently, N or CH--, the group C representing the residue of a benzene or thiophene ring. These compounds can be used as medicaments, in particular, for the various applications of benzodiazepines.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 1983Date of Patent: February 12, 1985Assignee: Pharmuka LaboratoiresInventors: Marie-Christine Dubroeucq, Christian Renault, Gerard Le Fur
