Abstract: A device for the releasing of tabs found on the diagonally facing corners of tab-locked corrugated cardboard boxes. The boxes are moved along a track whereupon they are deformed to enable a release means positioned along the track to slip between major flap and the sidewall of the corrugated box to release a first tab. The box is then turned at least 90.degree. and the process repeated.
