    Abstract: The present invention is a urine bag comprising a bag portion and a collar comprised of a single piece of plastic and having a top edge, a medial edge, two distal edges, and an inside face. A tab extends outward from each of the distal edges. The collar further comprises a lip that extends at least partially around the top edge two sets of ridges on the inside face of the collar. The ridges are positioned such that they form a closure mechanism when the collar is folded along the medial edge. The plastic collar extends into the bag portion approximately one-fifth of the length of the bag portion.

The treatment process covered by the present invention can be employed in connection with pit toilets, portal a toilets, disposable waste bags, or any other environment in which the treatment of human and/or animal wastes is desired. Both the Fusarium culmorum and the Muscodor albus can be stored on infested seed grains, including, but not limited to, barley, rye, rice, wheat, mustard and grass. A method or preparing Fusarium culmorum for use in the treatment of human and/or animal wastes. An isolated culture of Fusarium culmorum. A composition comprising the same four elements used in the treatment process. A method for controlling the pH of a mixture of human liquid and sold wastes.
