Abstract: As an accessory to cannabis and other smokers, an increased capacity, environmental and ecological friendly, sustainable solution personal air filter is disclosed. The solution effectively and efficiently combines passive filter medium and properties of fluid mechanics to achieve the increased capacity. Additionally, a specific order of passive filter elements is provided to increase filtering efficiency. Wherever possible, biodegradable materials are employed such a biodegradable PLA polymers.

Abstract: An ionic personal air filter comprising, generally, a mouthpiece, a tube and high voltage electrodes configured thereto, is disclosed. Notably, the construction creates fluid dynamic properties needed to allow ionization and collection to take place. The unit is small and easily fits in a user's hand. In a preferred embodiment, the negative collector plate is realized with a ring structure have veins at an interior thereof; and the positive collector plate comprises a copper sheet rolled to a coil increasing surface area of electrodes while providing a compact unit.

Abstract: An accessory e-cigarette and filter assembly that is essentially a holder for both a vaporizer/e-cigarette and an exhale filter is disclosed. The device also allows for removably pairing an exhale filter to a vaporizer and provides impact protection thereto. In the preferred embodiment, a sleeve with parallel channels provides for the filter and e-cigarette to be juxtaposed however a mouthpiece for the filter and a mouthpiece for the e-cigarette are at opposite ends.

Abstract: As an accessory to smoke or vaporizer devices or integrated into same, or to accompany smokers in general, a personal air filter comprising multiple filter mediums and technologies, and various combinations thereof, including mechanical, chemical and electrostatic principles, is disclosed. The different mediums and components are sequentially incorporated into a compact unit that can fit easily into a user's bag, purse or pocket. Importantly, harmful organic compounds are targeted as well as nanoparticles. An additional feature is that the filter device is easily disassembled to replace and/or reuse inner and outer components.

Abstract: An accessory e-cigarette filter assembly that is essentially a protective sleeve for both a vaporizer/electronic cigarette and an exhale filter is disclosed. The apparatus is further for the purpose of removably pairing an exhale filter to a vaporizer. Also notably, the invention is a removable mouthpiece having dual valve technology that couples to both the vaporizer and the exhale filter via the protective sleeve. The dual valve technology configured for inhale and exhale could also be adapted to other personal air filter applications as desired.

Abstract: As an accessory and in combination to a smoking instrument such as a traditional cigarette, a personal air filter filtering exhale and intermittent smoke emissions, is disclosed. The device is broadly a housing providing a semi-enclosure having a mouthpiece coupled thereto, the mouthpiece including dual check valve technology for an inhale and a reverse exhale function. Separate or multi-directional filters are provided for the exhale function, and also for filtering intermittent emissions occurring between user intakes. The configuration and filter technology herein, seeks to improve air quality in enclosed spaces, additionally further by minimizing or eliminating second hand smoke.

Abstract: An electronic cigarette particularly adaptable to vaporize liquid material also having exhale filter function is disclosed herein. The exhale function is useful to prevent second hand smoke in an enclosed environment, for example. An innovative diverter valve assembly comprises a unique duckbill valve configuration diverting air through a cooker chamber and into a mouthpiece in an inhale function and diverting exhaled air around the cooker chamber in the exhale function and through a filter assembly. A preferred embodiment further introduces a unique shape to the smoking instrument being elliptical in the cross-section and tapering to proximal and distal ends.
