In this structure, a circular arc portion having a center of substantially center portion of the housing in a right and left direction is formed in both of the stand portion of the bracket and the axially supporting portion of the housing.

    Abstract: A lamp unit attaching structure for attaching a head lamp to a bumper plate through a bracket in the present invention is constructed by a head lamp having an attaching portion in a position shifted from a central position of the head lamp in its height direction, and a bracket. The bracket has bent portions formed in both end portions of the bracket and bent in the same direction, assembling portions formed in end tip portions of said bent portions to assemble the bracket into said attaching portion, and an extending portion extending from said bent portions in one of a progressing direction of a light beam of said head lamp or a direction reverse to this progressing direction. Accordingly, it is possible to cope with various kinds of distances between the bumper plate and the ground on the basis of differences in kind of a car body by changing assembling directions of the head lamp and the bracket and attaching the head lamp and the bracket to the bumper plate.

    Abstract: A device for fitting up an auxiliary lamp of the present invention includes a pair of brackets 2 opposite to each other and projecting from an auxiliary lamp body 1, a support plate 4 having one side surface adhered to a surface of an automobile, pivot members 5 for projecting from another side surface of the support plate 4 to be fitted loosely between the brackets 2, pivot members 5 interposing washer and nut members 6 and 7, arcuate members 8 and 9 on both sides of the brackets 2, arcuate members 10 and 11 at the surface of the washer and nut members 6 and 7, respectively, and the pivot, washer and nut members 5, 6 and 7 and brackets 2 that have a horizontally elongate recess 12, a through hole 13, a tapped hole 14 and a through hole 15 at the center, respectively and that are engaged by a bolt 16. Thereby, an illumination direction of an auxiliary lamp can be easily adjusted in the vertical or horizontal directions after the auxiliary lamp has been fitted to an automobile by an adhesive.

A multi-layer film is coated over a glass tube at the portion corresponding to the sub-main filament to produce yellow light. When driving at night and passing by a motor vehicle coming from the opposite direction, the sub-main filament is heated and produces yellow light which will not daze a driver's eyes, thus preventing dangerous situations to the drivers.

    Abstract: A cargo-fastening unit for the roof-carrier is that in a roof-carrier having a horizontal bar being fixed on the roof top of a vehicle and also having a pivotal clamping bar being in parallel to the horizontal bar and being arranged to freely pivot so as to clamp and carry cargo between the bars, the horizontal bar and the clamping bar are respectively sectionalized into two parts at a suitable position to be joined by means of a detachable coupling bar, thereby providing a mechanism of simple construction but being able to change the length of the horizontal bar and the clamping bar in the lateral direction of the cargo as required according to the the width of the cargo so as to keep the cargo from loosening or injuring the cargo or falling off the vehicle due to severe vibrations or impacts applied on to the vehicle in operation.
