  • Patent number: 11663531
Abstract: Parking space selection and navigation systems and methods are disclosed. One or more computing devices are configured to receive a search request from a first user device to secure a parking space for a vehicle, which includes one or more listing parameter, secure a first parking space stored in a database based on the search request, and determine a first listing value for the first parking space. The computing device(s) are configured to receive information associated with a second parking space and determine a second listing value for the second parking space. The computing device(s) are configured to determine that the second listing value is greater than the first listing value by a predefined value, transmit a message to the first and second user devices, and automatically transmit information relating to the parking reservation to a navigation application to update a destination associated with the second parking space.

  • Patent number: 11514784
Abstract: Vehicular movement detection systems and methods are disclosed. A computing device is configured to monitor sensor data and location data associated with a first user device including one or more sensors, and monitor traffic data associated with a location of the first user device based on the sensor data and location data. In response to the data, the computing device determines whether to provide a user-selectable message to the first user device based on a vehicle speed, proximity to a destination, and vehicle speed relative to traffic speed. The user-selectable message comprises a prompt configured to transmit a search request for a listing location. In response to the determination, the user-selectable message is provided to the first user device. In response to receiving a search request, the computing device is configured to transmit instructions to the first user device to direct the first user device to a first listing location.

  • Patent number: 11443629
Abstract: A parking management system and methods of operation are disclosed. In one variation, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving positional data concerning a listing location from a listing client device; establishing a radius boundary based on the positional data; filtering one or more databases using the radius boundary to determine an amount of parking spaces listed and the amount of parking spaces reserved within a preset time period; calculating a location-specific transaction rate using the amount of parking spaces listed, the amount of parking spaces reserved, and the preset time period; determining a recommended listing price based on the location-specific transaction rate; and transmitting the recommended listing price to the listing client device.

  • Patent number: 11386360
Abstract: Parking space selection systems and methods are disclosed. One or more computing devices are configured to determine a first listing value based on one or more listing parameters associated with a first listing, which is secured by a first wireless device. A second listing value is determined based on one or more listing parameters associated with a second listing. The first and second listing value are compared and a difference between them is determined. It is determined whether the difference between the first listing value and the second listing value exceeds a predetermined threshold. In response to the determination that the difference exceeds the predetermined threshold, a user-selectable message is provided on the first wireless device. The user-selectable message includes a prompt configured to secure the second listing. In response to the prompt, the second listing is secured for the first wireless device.

  • Publication number: 20200242852
Abstract: Vehicular movement detection systems and methods are disclosed. One or more computing devices are configured to monitor location data associated with a first user device. It is determined that a first user device enters a geographic area based on the location data. In response to determining that first user device has entered or departed a geographic area, a message is prompted on the first user device using a first software application. The message includes executable instructions that launch a second application the first user device, and cause the first user device to transmit a search request for a listing location with one or more search request parameters automatically generated in response to the executable instructions. A confirmation identifier is received by the first user device, the confirmation identifier being useable for unlocking a secured area.
