    Abstract: According to principles of the embodiments as disclosed herein, a transportable roof safety training system with a trailer including a movable roof platform is provided which allows for mobile training of professionals who work on roofs. The transportable roof safety training system includes a roof platform mounted to a trailer. The roof platform may have an anti-slip coating on its upper surface and may be movable from a stowed position that has a low resistance to wind to one or more inclined positions that mimic the slope of a roof. A lift moves the roof between the various positions.

    Abstract: A portable belay anchor system is disclosed that provides a coupling location for safety rope attached to a climber, such as a roof inspector. The portable belay anchor system includes a base having a mast coupled thereto. The mast has a shaft portion and a flange portion. A plurality of removable weights are positioned on the shaft, coupled to the flange portion. The flange portion supports the weights so that the weight is carried by the shaft itself. A retaining member is coupled to the mast to hold the weights on the mast. A shackle is also coupled to the mast. A rope is coupled to the shackle to act a the belay rope which the user positions through a belay brake device.

    Abstract: An insurance claim report generating system includes an interactive voice response (IVR) system, a voice recognition server, and a voice activated database (VAD) device. The IVR system receives telephone calls from remote devices, delivers audio scripts having prompts directed by both templates and data received from the remote devices. The IVR system receives dual-tone, multi-frequency (DTMF) information and human voice information in response to the prompts. The voice recognition server generates text from the human voice information using a dictionary of insurance relevant terms. The VAD device receives first digital information from the IVR system and second digital information from the voice recognition server. The first digital information is derived from the DTMF information, and the second digital information is derived from the human voice information. The VAD device generates an insurance claim report from at least some of the first or second digital information.
