Abstract: A system and method are provided for a network-based content management system (CMS) for creating and sharing presentation objects, and for generating revenue based on providing access to tools by which the presentation objects are created, stored and managed. In the system, a content management service includes a database that stores a presentation object, and a Web server stores a Web page including a link to the presentation object. When the Web page is displayed on a computing device that accesses the Web page via the Web, the presentation object appears as an embedded presentation.
