    Abstract: A drywall frame compression anchor assembly for use with a sectional metal frame to be mounted in an opening of a wall comprises a restraining bracket having a pair of space support legs and a jamb anchor. The jamb anchor includes a hat section havng a generally U-shaped center portion and a pair of opositely extending wings projecting therefrom. The jamb anchor is moveably mounted between the supports of the spaced support legs to engage the surface of the opening.
