Abstract: In some embodiments, a system may include a communication badge device including a communication device. The communication device can include a touchscreen interface and at least one sensor configured to generate a signal related to an orientation of the communication badge device. The communication device may further include a processor coupled to the touchscreen interface and the at least one sensor. The processor may be configured to determine a first mode and a second mode based on the orientation. The processor can be further configured to provide name tag data to the touchscreen interface in the first mode and to provide a user interface to the touchscreen interface in the second mode.
