  • Patent number: 11946218
Abstract: A robotics-assisted foundation installation system is provided in which data reporting the X, Y, and Z positions of foundation column tops are sent from a total surveying station to a grid control system. The grid control system receives the data and associates specific data with specific columns in an array—the “grid.” The grid control system compares the actual positions of the columns in the grid to target positions that were determined based on the requirements of the structure to be supported. After determining differences between the actual positions and the target positions, the grid control system sends instructions to column positioning tools associated with the individual columns. Actuators in a column positioning tool are directed by the grid control system to adjust the position of the associated column. Once the live streamed data confirms that each column is in the proper position, the columns are fixed in place.

  • Patent number: 11457743
Abstract: A folding chair includes an articulated armrest to initiate a folding of the chair. The armrest can have a spring-loaded, releasable coupling, where the chair will not fold inadvertently, while lifting the chair by the armrests, without release of the coupling. The folding armrests can be linked to movement of the seat structure during chair folding. The chair can include four leg posts, two articulated armrests, where each armrest is rigid and has a front and rear arm section, and two seat links, where each seat link is pivotally attached to one of the front or the rear arm section, and to a side support of a seat bottom, where the chair is configured, when the armrests are articulated, to fold the chair. A releasable coupling can be included, between the front and the rear arm sections, where, when the coupling is released, the chair is folded.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for accessing menus associated with a venue include receiving at a mobile computing device one of a QR code scan, a menu link selection, a user selection of a menu notification, or a URL entry while a user is at a venue. A determination as to whether a menu app is installed on the mobile computing device is then made. If the menu app is installed, the app determines whether there is a menu associated with the venue. If the menu app is not installed, a URL associated with the scanned QR code or the URL entry is opened on the mobile computing device. The systems and methods further include determining whether there is a menu associated with the venue available at the URL. If the menu is available, the menu is displayed with the mobile computing device.
