Abstract: A panel comprises a board having a front face and a back face. The back face has a first edge and a second edge that is aligned with the first edge. A first set of tabs and a second set of tabs are attached to the back face, the first set of tabs being positioned along the first edge of the back face and the second set of tabs being positioned along the second edge of the back face, each individual tab being oriented transversely to the respective edge and protruding from the respective edge. The positions of the individual tabs on the first edge of the back face are offset from the positions of the individual tabs on the second edge of the back face.

Abstract: A method and associated device relate to the enhancement of a digital model of a building using a computer, wherein: a) the digital model is analyzed in order to identify the elements that make up the building and have specific characteristics in the building; b) construction products which have properties that match said characteristics are defined; and c) the digital model is enhanced by adding, for every element that makes up the model, data from at least one list of suitable construction products.

Abstract: Device for the earthquake-resistant mounting of a partition between a floor (2) and a ceiling (4). The partition includes: a frame having (i) a lower runner (8) and an upper runner (10) which are essentially horizontal, and (ii) essentially-vertical studs which connect the upper and lower runners; and a coating (6) which is fixed to the frame. The device includes: a contoured slide (18) which is intended to be solidly connected to the upper runner (10) and which has an essentially-U-shaped cross-section, and a top rail (30) which is intended to be fixed to the ceiling (4) and partially housed in the slide (18) between the arms of the U-shaped section thereof. The slide (18) and the top rail (30) are mounted such that they can move vertically in relation to one another. In addition, reversible detent elements are also provided between the slide (18) and the top rail (30).

Abstract: Plasterboard is surfaced with a lining paper which is printed over the whole of one face of the board using an ink containing binder and particulate solid material, applied with a density of print such that under optically examination at least 80% of the surface of the lining paper is covered by the applied print. The particulate material has a d50 denotes a number length mean particle size such that 50% of particles have volume smaller than a sphere of diameter d50. The colour of the printed lining paper can be matched to the colour of a jointing compound used as a filler between the edges of adjacent boards. The material of d50 mean particle size in the range from 1 to 10 micrometers gives the lining paper a surface texture resembling that of jointing compounds and so reduces or removes contrasts, notably in absorbency, reflectance and gloss, between the surface of the boards and the surface of the jointing compound between boards.

Abstract: A suspender bottom bracket for ceiling frameworks, includes a support wall that is adapted to be fastened to a rod of the suspender and is extended by two flanges in parallel planes that each have a rim parallel to the support wall, the two rims being directed toward the interior of the volume encompassed by the support wall and the planes of the flanges. The rims have at their end a fixing lug, the fixing lugs being on the opposite side of the support wall relative to the rims, perpendicular to the support wall, and are offset in a direction parallel to the planes of the flanges by a distance sufficient to provide a passage for the framework. The flanges that extend from the support wall as far as the rims have the overall shape of parallelograms.
