Abstract: Provided is a cognitive impairment determination method that discloses a model for determining cognitive impairment based on a gait feature value measured by an accelerometer attached to a subject, discloses a configuration for determining cognitive impairment by using a model including a mathematical linear regression equation that includes a gait speed and step time variability as predictors by receiving personal data and gait data, easily and quickly screens for cognitive impairment, such as dementia, regardless of a root cause, and accurately determines even cognitive impairment in an early stage.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, provided is a method of estimating a gait speed, the method including: determining N subjects for gait speed measurement and obtaining personal data of the subjects; performing a clinical assessment on the subjects; obtaining measured gait data by performing a gait assessment on the subjects; and developing a gait speed estimation model having a plurality of gait factors based on the measured gait data, wherein the gait speed estimation model includes, as gait factors, a roll angle, a yaw angle, and a body weight measured by using an accelerometer worn on a center of body mass of the subject.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, provided is a method of performing a neuropsychological test including: an operation of acquiring one or more test items and one or more test categories including the one or more test items; an operation of acquiring an execution result of each of the one or more test items for one testee; an operation of converting the execution result into a scoring score for each of the one or more test items; an operation of matching each of the one or more test items to one or more of a plurality of cognitive ability categories; an operation of calculating an evaluation score for each of the plurality of cognitive ability categories, on the basis of the scoring scores of the one or more test items matching each of the plurality of cognitive ability categories; and an operation of generating a cognitive ability interpretation result on the basis of the calculated evaluation score.
