Abstract: A planar electric generator using a magnetic levitation system includes an annular ferromagnetic guide rail and a rotary disk located above the annular ferromagnetic guide rail. The annular ferromagnetic guide rail includes an annular base and two annular wheel rails that protrude upward from the annular base and separated from each other. A plurality of first electromagnets protrudes between the two annular wheel rails. The first electromagnets are distributed at an equal interval around a circumferential direction of the annular base. An electromagnetic induction apparatus is provided at the top of each first electromagnet.
