Abstract: An accessory for immobilizing, an electrical device fitted into a longitudinal opening of a trunking base section and clipped directly to parallel clipping strips flanking the longitudinal opening includes a rigid member which is fitted transversely into the longitudinal opening of the trunking base section alongside an electrical device to stabilize locally the width of the longitudinal opening. The rigid member has on two parallel sides attachment arrangements adapted to cooperate with the clipping strips. The rigid member carries a locking lever one end of which has a bearing surface which bears on one of the clipping strips. The locking lever pivots between two positions, namely a rest position in which the bearing surface is at a distance from the clipping strip and a locking position in which the bearing surface is pressed against the clipping strip, exerting a pressure force thereon to lock the rigid member in position on the trunking base section.

Abstract: A system for building at least one electrical device into a wiring conduit whose depth is less than the depth of the device includes at least one support which can be fixed in the conduit and receives the electrical device(s) so that a front face of the device or each device is flush with a front face of the conduit via an opening formed in corresponding relationship therein. The system further includes at least one pattress which is passed through an opening formed in corresponding relationship to it in the bottom of the conduit to form therein a recess for accommodating a rear part of the device. The pattress is separate from the support and has its own means for fixing it to the conduit.

Abstract: A mounting device for mounting an electrical device on trunking includes an electrical device support and a skirt. The mounting device includes a support shaped to nest in grooves of the trunking and a skirt incorporating two upstanding rims that engage in the grooves and are designed to immobilize the support longitudinally.

Abstract: An adapter for connecting two wiring ducts on respective opposite sides of a suspended ceiling includes a back portion which has an opening at one end and upstream of the reference plane for inserting a first wiring duct. The other wiring duct can be butt-jointed to its other end. A cover portion at least partly covers the back portion, which has a reference plane which in use is level with the lower face of the suspended ceiling. Applications include conveying electrical cables or conductors through a suspended ceiling.

Abstract: A method for making a part with at least a mechanically weakened zone, including a step of producing a thermoplastic part (10), and at least a cycle of steps which include: locally producing a through recess in a zone of the part having a constant thickness; locally heating the part using a heat probe (15) so as to make the zone of the part plastic; modifying with a punch (15) the geometry of the resulting plastic zone so as to define in the part a mechanically weakened zone constituting a hole or a hole outline.

Abstract: Electrical wiring trunking includes at least first and second cable running compartments extending parallel to each other in a general lengthwise direction of the trunking and separated from each other by a fixed insulative partition. The partition includes at least one communication opening between the first and second compartments. An electrical insulation box has a lateral wall with a lateral access opening mounted in the first compartment so that its lateral access opening coincides with the communication opening. The space inside the box forms an extension of the second compartment into the first compartment which is electrically insulated from the first compartment and receives an electrical accessory to be connected to electrical cables running in the second compartment.
