Abstract: A wireless audio dissemination system includes a plurality of television monitors configured to display video content from a media source coupled thereto. The system further includes a plurality of transmitters coupled to an associated one of the plurality of television monitors and configured to propagate a wireless broadcast stream including audio content corresponding to video content displayed on the associated television monitor. At least one mobile device is configured to wirelessly communicate and receive the broadcast stream from each of the plurality of transmitters and allow a user to selectively receive the associated audio content from one of the plurality of transmitters.
