Abstract: A touch sensor configuration contains an optically transparent substrate, at least one optically transparent touch sensor element formed on the substrate and has at least one electrically conductive, transparent layer, and at least one contacting structure for the electrical contacting of the electrically conductive, transparent layer. The contacting structure has in direct contact with the electrically conductive, transparent layer at least one layer of MoxTay with 0.02?y?0.15.

Abstract: An X-ray anode includes a coating and a support body. In addition to a strength-imparting region, the support body has a region formed of a diamond-metal composite material. The diamond-metal composite material is formed of 40 to 90% by volume diamond particles, 10 to 60% by volume binding phase(s) formed of a metal or an alloy of the metals of the group consisting of Cu, Ag, Al and at least one carbide of the elements of the group consisting of Tr, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, B, and Si. The highly heat-conductive region can be form-lockingly connected at the back to a heat-dissipating region, for example formed of Cu or a Cu alloy. The X-ray anode has improved heat dissipation and lower composite stress.

Abstract: A thin-film solar cell has a rear electrode layer formed of at least 50 atom % of Mo, which in addition to the common contaminants includes 0.1 to 45 atom % of at least one element from the group of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, and W, 0 to 7.5 atom % of Na, and 0 to 7.5 atom % of at least one element forming a compound with Na that has a melting point >500 C. The rear electrode layer has good long-term resistance and bonding with the CIGS absorber layer. In addition, the constancy of the alkali metal integration in the absorber layer is improved.
