    Abstract: Disclosed is a high pressure injection molding system employing one or more plastic injection molding workstations including split molds, a single plastic extruder coupled to a heated manifold capable of delivering fluid plastic to multiple workstations, and wherein final lockup of the split mold halves results in application of compressive forces effective to maintain the split mold halves in nominal position during high pressure injection molding conditions. Operational movement is performed by use of a single remote pumping station utilizing pressure compensated pumps, accumulators and manifolds. The independent mold workstations allow independent operation while providing efficency of operation for the hydraulic system and extruder system.

    Abstract: An interlocking modular pallet apparatus and method of construction and de-construction which includes plastic modular components aligned in a two-by-two arrangement with interlocking male and female tabs which connect in a vertically sliding manner to form an upper support structure with a series of upper apertures through the platform surface. A set of rail components are interconnected in a perpendicular manner to form an evenly spaced grid with corresponding lower apertures. Hollow formed spacing members are placed between each aligned aperture pair. A first interlocking insert is placed through each upper aperture and a second interlocking insert is placed through each lower aperture. The first and second inserts interlock to join the upper support structure with the lower rail assembly, with the spacing members forming cavities for insertion of lifting device appendages. The completed pallet device also includes frictional pads attached across its surface to prevent loads from sliding off.

The pallet system further includes a lower snap-lock elements, equal in number to that of the regions of orthogonal intersection, the snap elements proportioned for complemental securement within each of the apertures within each of the regions of orthogonal intersection of the x- and y-axis members with each other, each of the lower snap-lock elements including integrally projecting positive z-axis locking prongs.
