Abstract: The present invention provides for an easy to manufacture, one piece design for securing and protecting a report. The one piece report cover utilizes a flat support panel upon which the report rests. A rigid angular retaining clip protrudes substantially perpendicularly from one edge of the support panel and then angles back towards the flat surface of the support panel. The angular retaining clip secures the report in place against the flat support panel. The support panel can be formed with specific dimensions to accommodate and support a report consisting of standard 8.5″ by 11″ pages, legal size pages, or A4 size pages. The single piece design of the present invention may utilize a single piece of polystyrene or any other suitable material. Additionally, some embodiments of the present invention utilize a file hanger at each end of the angular retaining clip for use of the report cover as a hanging file.

  • Patent number: 5861116
Abstract: A thermoplastic liner is extruded in cylindrical form and deformed at a temperature below the crystallization temperature of the polyethylene material forming the liner into a generally W-shaped configuration. The liner in that configuration has three convex lobes and two concave lobes along one side of the liner with a convex portion of the liner wall along the opposite side. The cylindrical liner is initially extruded in cylindrical form and deformed by a series of axially spaced sets of rollers progressively inclined toward a vertical position wherein the final W-shaped configuration of the liner is formed. The liner has a cross-section in any direction less than one-half of the diameter of the liner when expanded into a cylindrical configuration. The deformed liner is coiled about a reel. At an installation site, the liner is pulled from the reel through the pipe and sealed at opposite ends. Steam under pressure expands the W-shaped liner to a cylindrical configuration to line the pipe.

  • Patent number: 5188442
Abstract: In a drawer assembly for use with a chair seat having a generally flat, generally horizontal bottom surface, a drawer positioning plate is attached to the chair seat bottom surface, and drawer stop means are installed through stop means positioning holes already present in the drawer positioning plate. With the chair seat inverted, the drawer is properly positioned on the positioning plate, and a pair of drawer slides with screw hole receiving openings provided therein are aligned with drawer slide screw positionings provided in the positioning plate, and screws are used to fasten the door slides and consequently the drawer into final position.
