    Abstract: Disclosed herein are fiber reinforced thermoplastic composition comprising: a thermoplastic polymer component comprising a polycarbonate, or polyalkylene terephthalate, or a combination thereof; a reinforcement fiber component; and a maleic anhydride additive component. The resulting fiber reinforced thermoplastic compositions exhibit improved mechanical performance at room temperature and high temperatures.
