Abstract: This disposable device for securing an ostomy bag to a stoma created in a patient, of the type comprising means for joining the ostomy bag to an adhesive seal (5) which is applied on the patient via a contact face, a through-passage (8) communicating with the stoma being formed in the adhesive seal (5), of which the contact face on the patient is at least partially covered by an adhesive composition, is characterized in that the adhesive seal (5) additionally comprises means (15, 16, 17, 18, 19) for detecting wetness of the adhesive composition and means for triggering an alarm when a predetermined level of wetness is reached in the adhesive composition.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite of the printing-writing medium/adhesive type, in which the said printing-writing medium consists of a polyolefin in sheet form and is provided on one of its sides with the said adhesive, the said composite being characterized in that it consists of:(A) a printing-writing medium in the form of a microporous sheet of polyolefin of high molecular weight, and(B) a pressure-sensitive adhesive without a plasticizer and containing(1) 90 to 160 parts by weight of a rosin resin having an average molecular weight (AMW) of between 600 and 1500 and a softening point above 85.degree. C., per(2) 100 parts by weight of an elastomer polymer material consisting of or containing at least one polyisoprene compound.This composite is especially useful for producing labels intended for the identification of blood bags made of SEBS or EVA.

Abstract: A security device for identifying products includes a printing medium in which luminescent agents are dispersed and having at least one opaque part disposed on at least one luminescent part of the medium. The opaque part is the same color as the luminescent part and has at least one contour of a different color. When illuminated by predetermined radiation in the non-visible spectrum, the device shows an image different than that observed in ordinary light.

Abstract: A sealing panel for automobile doors maintains weather-tight characteristics without degrading the acoustic response of a loudspeaker mounted in the panel. The panel includes a cup-shaped loudspeaker housing having a back which is provided with cells. The cells prevent reflection of sound radiated from the rear of the loudspeaker. The cells are open at one end, where they interface with the back of the loudspeaker housing, and the opposite ends of the cells have at least one opening therein. The panel is made from a sheet material such as a thermosetting plastic. The cells may be frustoconical with an average diameter between 3-20 mm and a depth of about 3-25 mm.

Abstract: A twin-wall composite lining for automobiles is mounted between the structure of the door and an interior covering including an internal panel providing a seal. It comprises over at least part of its surface a twin-wall delimiting at least one integral volume or cavity used to implement one or more additional functions, including the provision of ducting for air from an air conditioner or electrical cables. Applications include lining automobile doors.
