Abstract: A tool holder includes a body including a first half and a second half. The first half and the second half define an opening at a proximal end and an appliance cavity therebetween. A rotation element couples the first half of the body to the second half of the body. The first half and the second half are rotatable about an axis of rotation defined by the rotation element from a first configuration to a second configuration. In the first configuration the first half and the second half are in a facing relationship and define a cavity therebetween. In the second configuration the first half and the second half are in an end-to-end relationship and aligned on a longitudinal axis.
