Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a primer-probe combination and a kit for vaginal microecosystem detection, wherein the primer-probe combination comprises primers and probes for target gene detection against Lactobacillus crispatus (LC), Lactobacillus gasseri (LG), Lactobacillus jensenii (LJ), Lactobacillus iners (LI), Gardnerella vaginalis (GV), Candida albicans (CA) and Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), and the probes are used for melting curve analysis. The kit comprises the primer-probe combination. The combination of specific primers and probes enables effective amplification of specific target genes of the above different microorganisms and melting curve analysis performed on the amplified products thereof, making detection of the above seven microorganisms in a single tube possible, thus achieving the advantages of high specificity, short time consuming, high sensitivity, comprehensive coverage of detection sites, etc.
Abstract: The invention discloses a composition and kit for early detection of high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer, wherein the composition for early detection of high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer includes methylation primers, a probe corresponding to methylated sites and methylation blocking primers for FAM19A4 gene; methylation primers, a probe corresponding to methylated sites and methylation blocking primers for JAM3 gene; methylation primers, a probe corresponding to methylated sites and methylation blocking primers for PAX1 gene; and 1 pair of primers and a probe corresponding to methylated sites for internal reference gene GAPDH.
Abstract: A method for obtaining non-water-soluble powders comprising antimicrobial activity and having quaternary ammonium salts adhered thereto. The invention also includes the powders thus obtained and the use thereof as antibacterial agents. The invention enables the production of non-soluble organic or inorganic powders having a particle size of 5 to 500 ?m, having a quaternary ammonium salt adhered to the surface thereof and fixed on the surface. When deposited on textile materials, the powders enable bacterial and viral decontamination, by means of filtration, of polluted water or aqueous environments. Textile materials impregnated with powders according to the invention can be used in the production of breathing masks, protective garments or other items, in particular in a hospital environment. The antibacterial properties of the powders are at least twice as high as the antibacterial properties of the same quaternary ammonium salt used in isolation.

Abstract: A chemical and particulate filtration system and method are disclosed. The method includes contacting a liquid to be filtered, in a reverse flow manner, with a molecular absorption filter media and a submicronic filter media. The system/method removes, as a particulate, dissolved organic and inorganic contaminants, pollutants and particulate from a liquid. The removal of contaminants is evidenced by a color change in the filter media.
