Abstract: A bridge sliding device includes a slide rail assembly, a first sliding component on the rail, and a second sliding component on the first. The second component locks at the start of the first, and the bridge deck truss's weight causes the first component's end to tilt slightly, allowing it to easily cross the junction between the temporary support platform and the bridge pier. This facilitates the smooth crossing of both the first and second components over the junction. Once the first sliding component is in place, the second component unlocks and continues sliding, increasing the travel distance of the bridge deck truss. The device ensures smoother movement of the components, enhancing construction efficiency.

Abstract: The present application describes an intelligent hoisting method for a bridge deck crane system. The method involves determining the splicing heights at two key positions of the segment to be installed by measuring the alignment height of an already installed segment. The segment is hoisted, and the real-time heights at both positions are monitored. If one position reaches the splicing height while the other does not, the lifting point is adjusted until both positions align with their respective splicing heights. This method eliminates the need for reference marks or docking joints on the segment to be installed, thereby avoiding issues related to their precision and installation accuracy. Additionally, it simplifies the splicing operation by removing the need for pre-processing the segment, reducing the overall complexity of the process.

Abstract: A construction method for a cantilever beam on a central pier. A scaled model of the cantilever beam on the central pier is established and tested to obtain the stress distribution regularities of the cantilever beam according to test data and analysis results of the scaled model, so as to find out week parts of the cantilever beam, and thus the optimization design can be performed to make the cantilever beam reasonably carry the load and improve the materials with a higher utilization ratio. The wheeled stand support used in the present application has a high turnover rate and it is easy and convenient to dismantle and assemble the wheeled stand support. A height of the cantilever beam mold can be adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder.
