Abstract: A synthetic wound agent is in the form of a bulk material with particles with a maximum dimension (d) of 5 millimeters. The particles each have a porosity of over 80% and each include a co-and/or terpolymer based on polyhydroxycarboxylic acids, namely the monomers lactide, trimethylene carbonate, caprolactone and/or 1,4-dioxan-2-one. The synthetic wound agent also relates to a synthetic wound gel and a cosmetic.

Abstract: A covering membrane for medical wound area treatment is disclosed for burns or for preventing adhesion. The covering membrane has a substrate layer including a polymer material as well as collagen particles which have a particle size I of more than 80 ?m and are disposed in such a way as to be fixedly embedded in at least some portions of the polymer material of the substrate layer. The covering membrane further relates to a process for manufacturing such a covering membrane.

Abstract: A plaster preparation includes (a) at least one resorbable polymer made of at least three monomer units, in particular a terpolymer, having monomers selected from the group consisting of trimethylene carbonate, glycolide, lactide (in particular DL-lactide), p-dioxanone, ?-caprolactone and/or butyrolactone; (b) at least one readily vaporizable organic solvent; and (c) at least one propellant. The plaster preparation additionally relates to a polymer film, to a spray plaster spray device, to a method for producing polymer fiber nonwoven materials, to a polymer fiber nonwoven material, and to uses of the plaster preparation.
