    Abstract: A universal hub for interconnecting the structural members of a geodesic type building consists of a pair of identical hub members, having inner and outer faces, which are positioned in superimposed relation to each other to define a slot therebetween which receives the ends of the geodesic dome's supporting struts. Connecting means secure the two hub members or discs together to clamp the ends of the struts therebetween and hold them in a relatively fixed position.
