Abstract: A mobile system for transitional updating of information in contactless chips, wherein allowing the chip users to perform transactional operations when in transit, using a smartphone, tablet, notebook, smartwatch or any other device capable of run mobile applications, U includes a user request via mobile application; authentication on a network server; and authentication with an issuer key. It is an alternative for contactless chips users to perform transactional operations while in transit using a smartphone, tablet or any other device capable of running mobile applications. It allows the user complete autonomy in the process of updating or consulting the contents of their chip, eliminating their dependence on the network of fixed terminals.

Abstract: A capstan is provided for being secured to a sailing craft in order to tension a line attached to a sail. The capstan includes a fixed base housing a shaft and a gearbox, a barrel around which the line can be wound, the barrel being mounted such that it is capable of rotating in just one direction around the base and connected to the shaft via the gearbox. The rotation of the shaft is accompanied by rotating of the barrel about the base. The capstan includes elements for assessing the tension in the line and for selecting at least one speed when the tension exceeds a predetermined threshold. The gearbox includes an interior annulus, the annulus being mounted such that it can rotate inside the barrel against the effect of elements that apply a friction and/or elastic return force to the annulus so that it can turn in relation to the barrel when the tension is above the threshold.
Abstract: A new and distinct selection of Agapanthus africanus (commonly known as Lily of the Nile) which herein is referred to as Agapanthus africanus cv. Ponto's Queen of the Nile. Ponto's Queen of the Nile differs from its parent plant, Agapanthus africanus Queen Ann, by possessing a gold leaf with a dark green stripe in the middle rather than an all-green leaf. The flower stock is green with a gold stripe as well.
Abstract: A new and distinct selection of Raphiolepis indica (popularly known as Indian Hawthorn) which herein is referred to as Raphiolepis indica cultivar Ponto's Pink Clara. Raphiolepis indica cv. Ponto's Pink Clara differs from its parent plant by possessing a pink flower rather than white, and the leaves are more leathery and deeper in color.
