Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a body shell element, an interior-covering part for the body shell element, an energy-absorbing deformation element arranged between the body shell element and the interior covering part, and a deformable supporting element connecting the interior-covering part to the body shell element. The deformation element is constructed as a sheet metal part in the shape of an elongated hollow profile, and includes at least one fastening leg and at least one deformation leg. The fastening leg is connected with the interior-covering part. The deformation leg starts out from the fastening leg and faces the body shell element. The deformation characteristics of the deformable supporting element are designed in consideration of the deformation characteristics of the deformation element. The deformation leg is arranged at a distance from the body shell element.

Abstract: A multi-plate clutch, particularly for a dual clutch transmission, has at least one clutch housing alternately holds externally and internally toothed plate disks, a hub arranged at the end face on the clutch housing. The hub has a central opening for receiving a gear shaft and openings disposed to reduce weight. Abstract: This drive assembly is suitable for a motor vehicle, particularly a passenger car of the sportscar type, and comprises an internal-combustion engine, a clutch and a transmission which form a constructional unit. The drive assembly is fastened by means of several bearings on a carrying structure of a vehicle body of the passenger car. For an advantageous installation of the drive assembly, a first bearing interacting with a first bearing receiving device of the carrying structure is provided approximately in a longitudinal center plane of the passenger car on a free side of the internal-combustion engine, in which case, a second bearing and a third bearing are mounted outside the longitudinal center plane in the area of a free end of the transmission, which hold second and third bearing receiving devices of the carrying structure in position.
Abstract: An electric operating part assembly has a switching mat and switching mat domes which are arranged therein and which can be operated by the effect of a vertical force. The operating part has at least one pull rocker which, in its longitudinal course, is arranged parallel to the surface of the switching mat. When the pull rocker is operated, a switching arm of the pull rocker situated opposite the operating arm will move a ram arranged between the switching arm and the switching mat dome, for operating the switching mat dome, in the direction of the switching mat dome.

Abstract: An exhaust gas manifold of an exhaust system for an internal combustion engine includes a diverging pipe elbow and exhaust pipes. Each exhaust pipe has an end and is connected to the diverging pipe elbow. The ends of the exhaust pipes extend substantially unidirectionally into the pipe elbow. The sections of the exhaust pipes adjacent to the ends are joined and together form a circular cross section. The portions of the exhaust pipes adjacent to the joined sections are separated from each other with a gap.
Abstract: A system for controlling the pumping capacity of a lubricant pump for an internal-combustion engine, having a vane cell pump (2) which has a rotor body (4), rotor blades (10) which can be radially displaced in the rotor body as well as a lifting ring (12) (stator) whose position can be adjusted with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor for changing the delivery volume as a function of operating parameters of the internal-combustion engine. The lifting ring (12) is linked to an adjusting piston (28) guided in a valve bore (30) of a pressure regulating valve (26), which adjusting piston (28) is acted upon by engine oil pressure on a piston front side (34), the piston front side (34) being connected with the piston rear side (37) by way of a throttle bore (62).
Abstract: A holder for a food or beverage container includes a housing having an opening, a holding arm having a retracted position, and a multipartite mask arrangement associated with the housing opening. The multipartite mask arrangement includes a plurality of masks mounted for movement on the housing, and the masks are movable independently of one another from an open position uncovering the housing opening to a closed position closing the housing opening. The holding arm includes a receiver for the container and is received in the housing in the retracted position. The mask arrangement closes the housing opening when the holding arm is at the retracted position, and at least partially uncovers the housing opening for a deployment of the holding arm.

Abstract: A guide mechanism for a track-guided toy vehicle which is equipped with an electric motor and can be operated on a road surface with a guide groove, engaging with a guide plate in the guide groove via a vertical axis of rotation on a chassis of the toy vehicle by means of a guide mechanism mounted on a chassis of the toy vehicle and being equipped with current collector elements for the electric motor, said collector elements cooperate with current rails in the road surface. Abstract: A current collecting device for a toy vehicle for use on an electrified track. The toy vehicle is for operation on a road surface, and is driven by an electric motor installed in a chassis and having a chassis frame that carries the electric motor, whereby the current collecting device has strip-like contact elements which cooperate with current rails of the road surface. The contact elements which are in contact with the current rails of the road surface are carried by a replaceable unit which is connected to the current collecting device.
Abstract: A toy vehicle, in particular for track-guided racetracks, is driven by an electric motor which cooperates via a first gear wheel provided on a drive shaft, with a second gear wheel connected to an axle shaft carrying wheels, where the distance between the drive shaft of the electric motor and the axle shaft is variable for the use of different first and second gear wheels such that different transmission ratios can be implemented. In a preferred embodiment, the axle shaft is supported in offset apertures in support bearings located in a receptacle frame, and the distance between the drive shaft and the axle shaft can be varied by rotating the bearings relative to the receptacle frame.

Abstract: A motor vehicle includes a trunk lid having a rear transverse edge, an air guide extending across the width of the vehicle, and a lower rear end panel including a continuation that runs beneath the rear transverse edge of the trunk lid. The air guide adjoins the rear transverse edge of the trunk lid and includes a slotted wing system. The slotted wing system includes a rear wing displaceable between a retracted rest position and a deployed active position and a fixed rear-deck spoiler lying below the rear wing. Abstract: An internal-combustion engine has a cylinder block and crankcase and a case structure which preferably has two cylinders or cylinder bank rows arranged in a V-shape with respect to one another. An endless drive extends on the face of the cylinders or cylinder bank rows, which drive comprises a timing chain for connecting a crankshaft with camshafts arranged in the cylinder heads. The timing drive chain is covered by a timing drive cover. The timing drive cover, or the case is structure situated opposite the timing drive, cover has a ribbing by which a targeted separation and/or return takes place of the oil carried along by the timing chain in the direction of the cylinder heads. As a result, among others, the venting of the crankcase is not hindered, which takes place by way of the timing chain case.

In addition to reflectors and lights, a component 15 is provided in the interior space of the headlight, which component 15 is arranged on the housing of the headlight and which has a heat-sensitive expansion element 16 and a valve 17, in which case the expansion element opens the valve when a defined temperature has been reached for the aerating of the interior space of the headlight. Abstract: Two mutually adjoined strips form a decorative covering for a vehicle having a connection element for the aligned connecting. This connection element, in one strip, consists of a detent hook and, in the other strip, consists of a detent hook receiving device. In the connected condition, the detent hook of one strip is held hooked into the detent hook receiving device of the other strip such that the exterior strip surfaces can be connected with one another at the same level and the strips can be connected with one another without gaps.
Abstract: An arrangement fastens a loudspeaker covered by a loudspeaker screen to a covering part of a vehicle. The covering part has a recess adjacent to the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker screen and a holding part are mutually connected by fastening screws, and are locally supported on opposite sides of the covering part. Several mutually spaced domes are arranged on and projecting away from the loudspeaker screen to penetrate openings constructed at the covering part. Either the holding part or the loudspeaker is fitted onto the free end of each dome projecting over the covering part and being held in position thereon by a screwed-in fastening screw.
