Abstract: An air guiding device for a motor vehicle, in particular a rear spoiler, can be moved between a retracted non-use position and at least one deployed use position and contains an air guiding body on which are disposed two lateral air guiding body sections which can be moved in the vehicle transverse direction. Here, it is important that, in the non-use position of the air guiding device, the lateral air guiding body sections form a common joint which runs in the vehicle longitudinal direction, with at least one of the two air guiding body sections having, on its side which forms an edge of the common joint, a depression at least in regions.
Abstract: A rearward-side body structure of a vehicle, particularly a passenger car, has two side members mutually connected by a cross member. On each vehicle side, one console is provided, which in each case covers a junction node in a flat and form-integrated manner from below, in which junction node the cross member is to be fastened to the respective side member. The console has a bearing plate, on which a subframe of the vehicle can be supported. The bearing plate has at least one passage opening through which the subframe can be screwed to the vehicle body structure.
Abstract: A motorboat, in particular a yacht, with a cabin which merges on a rear side into a cockpit which is delimited laterally by side sections. To improve the wind comfort in the cockpit, a respective side guiding element for guiding the flow is disposed on each side of the boat. The side guiding element extends generally vertically upward and generally in the longitudinal direction of the boat from a rear end section of the respective side section.
Abstract: A cruise control device has an activation device embodied as a key button. By activating the activation device it is possible to transfer the cruise control device, from a switched off operating state to a switched on standby operating state, and by a further activation of the activation device it is possible to transfer the cruise control device from the standby operating state to a switched on control operating state. The cruise control device has a storage device storing a state of the cruise control device immediately before the motor vehicle is switched off and a readout device which reads out the stored state of the cruise control device immediately after the motor vehicle is switched on. If the cruise control device had a switched on operating state immediately before the ignition device is last switched off, the cruise control device is transferred automatically to the standby operating state.
Abstract: A drivetrain of a motor vehicle has an internal combustion engine, an electric motor, a transmission, and a torque converter with a converter bypass clutch. The drivetrain is controlled such that, during an electric operating mode in which the internal combustion engine is deactivated and the electric motor is activated, and/or during a recuperation operating mode in which the internal combustion engine is deactivated and the electric motor is operated as a generator, the converter bypass clutch is permanently closed, at least between shift processes of the transmission, in order to bypass the torque converter.

Abstract: A vehicle roof has at least two roof segments which, in the closed position of the roof, support a flexible roof skin at least in some regions and can be shifted via at least two pairs of links in a positively controlled manner from a closed position G of the top into a fixed storage position A of the top and vice-versa. One pair of links is thereby drivable by motor in order to move all of the roof parts. In the storage position A of the top, the driven pair of links can be supported by a first vehicle-body-side stop on each side of the vehicle in order to fix all of the roof parts with defined distances being maintained at least between the at least two pairs of links.

Abstract: A motor vehicle roof configuration which can be put away has at least two shaping sections, which are movable relative to one another and can be put away together, for lateral convertible top cloth strips. The shaping sections lie in a row next to one another in a closed position of the roof configuration and have water channels which run approximately parallel to each convertible top cloth strip and in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and also adjacent to the convertible top cloth strips. It is provided that, at least in a closed position of the roof configuration, an inner edge of each convertible top cloth strip together with at least one sealing configuration forms a leakproof covering for the adjacent water channel.

Abstract: A motor vehicle contains two A pillars, a front wall, a central tunnel and a front wall cross member. The front wall cross member has two side parts which are attached to the A pillars of the motor vehicle, and a middle part connecting these two side parts. The side parts are shaped in such a way that they are in at least partial contact with the front wall of the motor vehicle and are attached to the front wall there. The middle part is in at least partial contact with the central tunnel of the motor vehicle.

Abstract: A switching resonance intake system is provided an internal combustion engine with a first and a second cylinder bank. The cylinder banks are each coordinated with a resonance container with a group of swing pipes leading to the cylinders, and the resonance containers are joined together by resonance pipes provided with switching valves. In the intake system, the swing pipes coordinated with the one cylinder bank are connected to the resonance container adjacent to the other cylinder bank. The intake system is intended for use in an internal combustion engine with cylinder banks having a V-layout.

Abstract: A process for controlling an electrically driven window pane for a motor vehicle which has an operating element for triggering the pane motion. After the operation of the operating element, the window pane is moved by a driving motor until a soft-stop position is reached, the motion of the driving motor being detected for determining the window pane position. A multiple operation of the operating element within a definable time period causes an overshooting of the soft-stop position to the mechanical stop, in which the position of the pane is newly defined.
Abstract: A top drive for a flexible vehicle roof which can be transferred from a closed position into a storage position and vice versa. At least one roof link is movable via a linear drive, the roof link and a fixed end of the linear drive being fastened to a main bearing of the top, wherein an actuating end of the linear drive is fastened pivotably to a throw-over lever which is fastened to the main bearing of the top and at the free end of which there is arranged a drive connecting rod which is fastened at a first end in an articulated manner to the free end of the throw-over lever and at a second end in an articulated manner to a section of the roof link, which section is spaced apart from the pivot point on the main bearing of the top, as a result of which a driving movement of the linear drive can be transmitted to the roof link.

Abstract: A spring strut mounting for holding an upper end of a spring strut of a motor vehicle contains a spring strut dome with an articulation point for articulatedly connecting the upper end of the spring strut. The spring strut mounting further has a lower dome carrier which can be connected to a longitudinal member of the motor vehicle, and an upper dome carrier which can be connected to an A pillar of the motor vehicle, with the upper dome carrier engaging over the articulation point.
Abstract: A movable vehicle roof has a plurality of segments which are movable relative to one another, in particular are displaceable and/or pivotable, and of which at least one has a core containing a filling structure forming cavities. The filling structure core is provided with a retaining part which engages around it in some regions at least on one side and, together with lateral elements disposed on it as a single piece, forms at least one intersecting point with the top framework.
Abstract: A convertible top can be displaced between a closed position and a put-away position. The convertible top contains a flexible convertible top cloth, rear side regions of which each have at least one folding device acting on them, impressing at least one defined fold in each case on the convertible top cloth during the transfer from the closed position into the put-away position. Each folding device has at least one linear, rod-shaped folding mechanism which, during the transfer of the convertible top into the put-away position, prevents a folding of the convertible top cloth transversely with respect to its longitudinal direction.
