Abstract: A cooking grill using newspaper, charcoal, wood or other dry fuel has four sides hinged to a base plate to fold in upon the base. The wire grid holds and locks the folded stack together and provides a handle for the pack. Provision is made for the optional use of a charcoal grate at one of several alternative levels and the wire grid has two possible levels. Provision is also made for spit broiling. One side or two adjacent sides may be opened outwardly to provide convenient access for fueling and a fireplace effect which can provide heat for a reflecting oven.
