The memory instructs the processor to receive entity data from an entity database, retrieve port data from a port node, identify a geolocation of a multimodal unit, generate one or more routes of the multimodal unit as a function of a target temporal datum and real-time data, determine an optimized route of the one or more routes based on the target temporal datum, the real-time data, and an assignment of an operator and display a visualization of the optimized operation.
