Abstract: Disclosed is a method for improving surface properties of the stainless steels for bipolar plate of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell having low interfacial contact resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. The method for improving surface properties of the stainless steels according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: pickling a stainless steel with an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, the stainless steel comprising, by weight: C: 0.02% or less, N: 0.02% or less, Si: 0.4% or less, Mn: 0.2% or less, P: 0.04% or less, S: 0.02% or less, Cr: 25-32%, Mo: 0.1 to 5%, Cu: 0.1 to 2%, Ti: 0.5% or less, Nb: 0.5% or less, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable elements, and then washing the stainless steel with water, and then immersing the stainless steel in a mixture solution of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to form a passivation layer.

Abstract: Provided is a bidirectional service flow management method in a wideband wireless connection communication system, and more particularly, a method of performing a bidirectional flow establishment. The method of providing a flow service in an IEEE 802.16/WiBro includes: generating a revised dynamic service addition (DSA) related message in which an area for designating bidirectional flow management information is allocated from a standard DSA related message; and performing a bidirectional flow initialization process between a subscriber station (SS) and a base station (BS) via single control message negotiation based on the revised DSA related message.
Abstract: An optical semiconductor lighting apparatus including: a substrate in which a single LED chip or a plurality of LED chips are disposed; a first mold portion disposed on the substrate to cover the plurality of LED chips; and a second mold portion extending from an edge of the first mold portion and disposed on the substrate. The respective LED chips can improve adhesive strength with respect to the substrate through the first and second mold portions. Peeling, surface cracking and damage caused by moisture permeation can be prevented by the first and second mold portions. A fluorescent material included in the second mold portion can improve a wavelength conversion rate.

Abstract: Provided is a zinc-plated steel sheet for hot pressing having outstanding surface characteristics, comprising: a steel foundation plate comprising a metal surface diffusion layer of which the Gibbs free energy reduction per mole of oxygen during oxidation is less than that of Cr; an aluminum-rich layer containing at least 30 wt. % of aluminum formed on the surface diffusion layer, and a zinc plating layer formed on the aluminum-rich layer. In this way, a metal having a low affinity for oxygen is coated to an effective thickness prior to annealing and thus the creation of annealing oxides at the surface of the steel sheet is suppressed and a uniform zinc plating layer is formed, and alloying of the zinc plating layer is promoted during press-processing heat treatment. Cracking in the steel foundation plate during hot press molding is prevented.

Abstract: Provided is bearing steel having excellent fatigue life by minimizing segregation during casting of the bearing steel and reducing the generation of large carbides in a segregation band. The high-carbon chromium bearing steel includes 0.5 wt % to 1.2 wt % of carbon (C), 0.15 wt % to 2.0 wt % of silicon (Si), 0.05 wt % to 0.45 wt % of manganese (Mn), 0.025 wt % or less (excluding 0 wt %) of phosphorus (P), 0.025 wt % or less (excluding 0 wt %) of sulfur (S), 0.1 wt % to 1.6 wt % of chromium (Cr), 0.01 wt % to 0.3 wt % of Ce, and iron (Fe) as well as other unavoidable impurities as a remainder. A method of manufacturing the steel is also provided.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a negative electrode active material for a rechargeable lithium battery, a method for preparing the same, and a rechargeable lithium battery using the same. This invention provides a negative electrode active material for a rechargeable lithium battery, comprising a highly crystalline spherical natural graphite, wherein a Raman R value is 0.03 or more and 0.15 or less, and an internal porosity (ml/g) is 0.15 or less. The Raman R value means that the intensity ratio R (R=Id/Ig) measured by the intensity Ig of peak Pg near the 1580 cm?1 and the intensity Id of peak Pd near the 1360 cm?1 in the Raman spectrum analysis.
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide AC LED lighting apparatuses. The AC LED lighting apparatuses may increase luminous flux and provide optimal efficiency through novel arrangement of a plurality of light emitting blocks on a circuit board and a plurality of LEDs and drive ICs included in each of the light emitting blocks to be sequentially driven, and/or through efficient series-parallel connection between a limited number of LEDs.

Abstract: A method of treating a surface of a substrate using modified urushiol derived from Toxicodendron vernicifluum is provided. More particularly, the reactivity of a hydroxyl group of urushiol extracted from fresh Toxicodendron vernicifluum is removed before the lacquer is used as a UV coating agent for a substrate such as a steel sheet. Abstract: An adjusting unit disposed between a housing including at least one or more semiconductor optical devices and a case accommodating an SMPS, so as to adjust the height of the casing. At least one or more light emitting modules are mounted on the bottom surface of the housing, and a position determining unit is disposed in the housing in correspondence to an edge of the light emitting module. A heat sink unit is provided in correspondence to the top surface of the housing. Therefore, transport costs can be significantly reduced by securing the loading space. The semiconductor optical devices serving as a light source can be appropriately arranged, and the semiconductor optical devices can be mounted at accurate positions. Furthermore, products can be rapidly mass-produced due to a simplified manufacturing process thereof.

Abstract: A high-ductility, high-strength and high Mn steel strip used for steel strips of automobiles requiring superior formability and high strength, a plated steel strip produced by using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed.
