Abstract: Food product slicers that efficiently, consistently, and safely slice food products are disclosed herein. Embodiments of a food product slicer comprise a base unit and a cutting utensil. Additional embodiments of the food product slicer comprise a base unit, a handle, and a cutting utensil. Further embodiments of the food product slicer comprise a base unit having a first side, a second side, a top surface and a bottom surface; a cutting utensil attached to the base unit at a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the base unit, the cutting utensil having a cutting edge parallel to the bottom surface of the base unit; and a handle attached to the base unit.
