    Abstract: The present application provides an improved food roasting apparatus and method of use thereof. The roasting apparatus includes a tailpiece section, a handle section, a rise section, a run section and a tip section. The tailpiece section is securable to a cooking fixture. An angle between the tailpiece section and the handle section is obtuse. An angle between the handle section and the rise section is obtuse. An angle between the rise section and the run section is obtuse. An angle between the run section and the tip section is obtuse.
