  • Patent number: 10965870
Abstract: An image capturing module having multiple lenses, in which primary driving magnets of auto-focus module equipped in a first lens module and a second lens module will not cover an adjacent surface located between these two lens modules in the same time. A relatively smaller magnet is used to be the auxiliary driving magnet of optical image stabilization (OIS) module equipped in the first lens module and the second lens module. By using the aforementioned configuration of the primary and auxiliary driving magnets, interference of magnetic fields is minimized, and thus the distance between the first and second lens modules can be decreased, and the space of mobile phone having the image capturing module is saved. Moreover, such configuration can be used on the image capturing module having many lens modules.

A plurality of notches are furnished on a frame of the movable part. Each notch extends downward from an upper surface of the frame that, a bottom of the notch is the location where a damping medium is applied. A needle of a damper applying equipment can pass through the notch in a top-to-bottom manner and apply damping medium at the bottom of the notch. In addition, medium curing equipment can apply curing light directly from the top side of the lens driving device for curing the damping medium. Not only the operations for applying and curing the damping medium can be performed in a top-and-down manner and thus decreasing the manufacturing time, but also the placement of the production space between the production trays can be reduced and thus increasing the manufacturing batch.

  • Patent number: 7574125
Abstract: A two-stage lens driving device includes a lens holder, a guiding mechanism, and an electromagnetic actuating mechanism. The guiding mechanism is joined with the lens holder for guiding the lens holder moving along an axial direction. The electromagnetic actuating mechanism includes a magnetic induction member, a first coil member, and a second coil member. The magnetic induction member is mounted on and movable with the lens holder. The first and second coil members are respectively located at two tail ends of the magnetic induction member. The first coil member, the magnetic induction member, and the second coil member are arranged linearly parallel to the axial direction. A distance between the coil members is greater than a length of the magnetic induction member along the linear direction. By applying current to one of the coil members, the magnetic induction member is driven to move between the first and the second coil members.
