Abstract: A dielectric ceramic material as claimed in claim 1 with a composition of formula x CaTiO3+(1?x)SmzRe(1?z)AlO3??(1) optionally doped with about 0.005% to about 5% of CeO2 as a dopant, wherein 0.5?x?0.9, 0.3?z?0.995, or Re may be selected from a group consisting of La, Pr, Dy, Gd, Y, Er, Ho and mixtures thereof.
