    Abstract: Provided is an inorganic binder composition for molding sand which includes a modified alkali silicate mixture, a hardening agent, a cross-linking agent and a rheology control agent. The inorganic binder composition may control hygroscopicity (deliquescence) of alkali silicate and keep strength steadily by polymerizing alkali silicate by the hardening agent and cross-linking it by the cross linking agent to form a hardened silicate coating (film) which may suppress generation of moisture.
