Abstract: A system and method for analyzing calling campaigns uses human call monitors that listen to calls initiated by an automated calling system. In one embodiment, the call monitors listen to calls as they are initiated by the system. In another embodiment, the calls are recorded for subsequent review by the call monitors. The monitors review the calls according to predefined criteria for assessing the accuracy of the automated calling system. Data is collected from the calling system and the monitors for the calculation of actual calling system success rates.
Abstract: A system and method for automatically classifying lists of telephone numbers into one or more predetermined categories is provided. The system initiates calls to each telephone number. A specific request is made of the callee, which confirms the number as being “live-answered.” The system uses speech recognition software to compare audible sounds received on the other end of the line to a plurality of spoken messages to classify each telephone number that has been classified as “not live-answered” for future use or exclusion. One embodiment of the system records each telephone call, enabling the process to be performed using a single call to each telephone number.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for automatically detecting fraudulent applications. The system receives application data from one or more clients and compares the application data with an identification database, such as a database maintained by list providers. The system contacts each applicant to confirm the applicant's identity and whether or not the applicant filed the application. The system allows applicants to confirm contact information and directs applicants to a client call center for reporting fraudulent activity or erroneous information. The system may leave information enabling the applicant to contact the system and/or a client call center to verify the applicant's identity and whether or not the applicant filed the application based on the client's business logic.
