Abstract: In a modular switch panel assembly, a switch cover with an aperture and a switch button having a button portion and an integral mounting portion are provided. The mounting portion comprises at least first and second spring members protruding laterally of and at opposite sides of the button portion. Each of the spring members has a meandering path shape and has one end integral with the button portion and an opposite end attached to the switch cover such that the button portion extends through the aperture. A printed circuit board has a switch, and is attached to the switch cover such that the switch is adjacent to a bottom surface of the switch button.

Abstract: In a vehicle battery relay assembly for disconnecting or isolating a vehicle battery from a connection line, a housing is provided having a solenoid and a switch activated by the solenoid. The switch electrically connects and disconnects a first contact terminal for connection to the vehicle battery and a second contact terminal for connection to the connection line. The solenoid has a solenoid coil. A rotatable ratchet gear rotates by engagement with a pawl, the pawl being connected to a plunger of the solenoid. The switch comprises a contact element coupled to the ratchet gear, the contact element having at least first and second projecting contact points. The contact element is positioned relative to a contact surface of the first and second contact terminals such that given a first rotation of the contact element the first and second contact terminals are electrically connected and given a subsequent second rotation the first and second contact terminals are electrically disconnected.

Abstract: An RV trailer motion lock-out system is provided for installation on an RV trailer having a brake light and having at least one protruding component with a corresponding protruding component activation unit for extending said protruding component. A detect circuit detects when voltage is applied to the brake light for illuminating the brake light. A lock-out circuit controls the protruding component activation unit to permit the extending of the protruding component upon user command, and once the brake light is illuminated, the lock-out circuit latches for preventing the extending of the protruding component, the illumination of the brake light being indicative of transit of the RV trailer.
