    Abstract: A feeding mechanism for feeding material to a machine comprising a supporting structure, a drive roll rotatably mounted on the supporting structure, a second roll rotatably mounted on the supporting structure, a drive lever mounted for pivotal movement in both directions about a pivotal axis, a one-way clutch for coupling the drive lever to the drive roll, an adjustable stop for limiting the pivotal movement of the drive lever in one direction, and a resilient member for driving the drive lever in said one direction.
