The Bluetooth advertisement packet can be modified to include one or more data corresponding to one or more parameters gathered or detected by one or more sensors. The parameters can include acceleration, velocity, temperature, pressure, and the like. A BLE device employing the data schemes disclosed herein can further be configured to broadcast multiple advertisement packets each containing different data corresponding to different parameters.
